Centrally located great restaurants a few meters from the hotel and walking distance from train station!
Liked: Great place to stay the overall service was the best. Beautiful historic hotel. Wonderful host at the front desk when I arrived and during my stay.

Liked: Location was great. Staff at the hotel were really helpful and gave us suggestions of places to visit/ restaurants etc.
Disliked: We only had breakfast one day - thought it was quite expensive and included a lot of things I dont want to eat at breakfast eg lots of cakes. Not a problem as we went out to a cafe!

Liked: Great location- good value for price Good communication on self service check in. Rooms were clean and comfortable Stephane and Emmanuelle were friendly and responsive.
Disliked: Rooms and bathrooms were small- but again, the price for this location just off the main square (Place Republique where the Papal Palace is located) was a v. good value. Easy to walk to historic sites, bakeries, shops and restaurants within 5-10 min. Thanks:)

Disliked: No on available to help my friend get her bags upstairs. I felt terrible, because I chose the hotel and my friend was very upset
6 nights in Avignon
Liked: The staff was excellent, especially Clement. Great location.
Disliked: No hook to hang bathrobe on. No amenities like hand lotion or body lotion.
Disliked: The stairs are treacherous. They are circular and my friends and I were on the 3rd floor. When we arrived no one would carry our bags up. They did help when we left.
