  Never stayed any of the 4 nights we booked, due to the situation we encountered, and lost our whole

  Liked: Nothing at all

  Disliked: My wife and I, being in our late 70s, and given a room on the 3rd floor, in a building with no lift, after booking for a 4 night stay. had just finished knee surgery and had requested a lower floor, but was expected to carry 2 suitcases up to the third floor, where the wifi wasn't working. After a discussion with the Manager, we were given an old room on the first floor, still with lots of stairs, and again with no wifi. By this time my wife was in tears, and we were prepared to forfeit the first night's stay, and find alternative accomodation., but the Hotel took the whole 4 nights expense. Booking.com tried to resolve the situation, but the Hotel refused to even answer their enquires. I would think twice before, spending your hard earned money here

  Liked: The location of the hotel is really great! The room was bigger than expected. The bed was quiet comfortable. The room had an air conditioner which is important in August in Provence. There was a little fridge in the room as well. In general for the price I paid it was quite good.

  Disliked: I would not stay longer than 2 nights there. First of all the windows of my room were looking at the fence and there was a permanent noise from some machine coming from behind. The bathroom was far away from being comfortable I would say it was kind of clumsy, and no hair dryer inside. The check in time on booking.com was given from 14.00 to 22.00, in reality at 18.30 I got a message from the hotel that they would close at 19.00 but they well organised my accommodation at a distance.

Please note that all floors are accessible by stairs only as there is no elevator.

Please note that if breakfast is included in the room rate, you can enjoy the 'Bistrot' breakfast which consists of fruit juices, unlimited hot drinks, croissants, fresh bread, jams and home-made butter. The buffet breakfast will be available for a EUR 4 extra fee.

When the room rate does not include breakfast, the buffet breakfast will be charged EUR 12 and the 'Bistrot' breakfast will be charged EUR 7.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
