Secret escape
Liked: An absolutely perfect experience! The hotel is absolutely stunning. We loved the beautiful interior design of the rooms and the wonderful atmosphere throughout the property. Beyond the location, the hidden inner garden, which is a true oasis that makes you feel like you’ve stepped away from the city, was a highlight. Everything was just flawless! We would like to send a special thank you to the staff members, Charlène and Dorian. They were incredibly helpful when we ran into a few issues while organizing a small dinner - thank you so much! Dorian, a big thank you for all your help and the care you showed us, both before our arrival and during our stay. Dorian, you are amazing!:)
Exceptional
Liked: exceptional property with a magnificent garden in the heart of Avignon. High ceilings, stunning decoration, nice people welcoming you.
Liked: As beautiful as the photos are, they didn't do justice to this gorgeous place! We loved everything about it! The piano sounded lovely, was well tuned, and made excellent use of the 3 story space's acoustics. If you're a pianist, bring books with you like we did. It's worth the extra weight in your backpack! Dorian and Charlene were both amazing hosts, and they were happy to share the history of this home with us, including the period of time it was a popular bar. The bedrooms each have an en suite, and the room with the skylight and rafters is massive. It's the only bedroom on the third floor, at the top of 38 spiral staircase steps. We appreciated the thoughtful toiletry selection, which was extensive, and the washer and dryer between the other two bedrooms on the second floor were key to letting us pack light. The garden beyond the piano made the perfect spot for our daughter's graduation portraits. We'll remember our time here quite fondly for a very long time.
Disliked: The price is high per night, but the accommodations are exceptional. The use of the hot tub is an extra cost, and you need to reserve it. Unfortunately, it needed repairs when we were there, but we found other things to do when our reservation wasn't able to be used.
We’d love to stay there again sometime. It was quiet, spacious, charming and great location

Disliked: The spiral staircase could be difficult for some, but it wasn’t a problem for us.
