Good
very nice hotel with helpful staff in a great location
I question the level of hotel accom in the area so I would come back to this location
Liked: Staff was great. Bed and pillows were above expectations. Cleaning staff very good dealing with what they have to work with. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Moldy sink behind faucet was gross. I'm mold sensitive so not happy to see that. Wear and tear suggests the upkeep isn't very often. I asked to cancel our last day when I checked in. Desk manager said we should do it the day we check out and that it was flexible. When checking out (different staff member) I was told i was late to cancel and could not get a refund. we went back and forth (professionally) and she decided to call her manager to check. Manager approved the cancellation.
Liked: Beautiful location and great views
Liked: We had a lovely room with two balconies over looking the square and the cathedral. The hotel location is exceptional with minutes walking to the main attractions, restaurants and car parking. I highly recommend this hotel.
Liked: Location was great- right by Palace of the Popes. Nice to have AC - it was very warm in June and having water stations on each floor was a plus to fill our water bottles.
Very nice
Liked: Location, breakfast, friendly staff
Disliked: Needs upgrading
