  The hotel was contemporary and our room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony

  Liked: We changed rooms when we arrived as the initial room was small and dark. I had to pay a 50 euro supplement for the upgrade. The second was lovely. it was light, spacious and had the facilities that you would expect from a good 4 star hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. There was a large choice of both hot and cold food and the ambiance in the dining room was lovely.

  Liked: Right next to the convention centre and this is probably why it ever gets booked, mainly events

  Disliked: Unclean (mould in showers and around toilet etc) Basic amenities Terrible food (don’t take their breakfast) Staff don’t care at all, several examples across the stay with different teams but by far front desk are the worst. They were booked out for a few corporate events including ours, so I guess they are guaranteed occupancy? So not motivated to do a good job, people book because they have to

  Nice hotel with big park behind it with a lack, if you don’t have a car then the city centre is far

  I like this hotel because it is very close to the convention centre walking distance

  Liked: All was good, the staff very friendly.

  Disliked: The hotel is not within walking distance of the city centre. However, buses are available very close to the hotel for those who prefer to use public transportation.
