Room was too much dirty, under the bed, some fur was coming out, Entrance Door was old which were not opening with the key, shower was broken. TV was not working. Hotel name was Hotel Krone which was written in Front. Why this property even listed on Booking.com. This is denting the image of Company. It was not deserving 10 euro even.

Liked: The hotel was extremely easy to locate, and also, the payment was worth the privacy.

Disliked: The shower gel was used up just after the day I lodged in,and it wasn't replaced till I left. The bathroom was also too tiny and last of all, the refuse bag wasn't replaced till I left.

Uninhabitable rooms and zero accountability from both the hotel and Booking.co

Disliked: Our stay was an absolute disaster. The first room provided was completely unlivable and filthy. When we complained, management moved us to a second room that was just as broken and substandard. Recognizing the property could not offer an acceptable room, we had to leave and book another hotel entirely. Booking.com support explicitly told us they would refund this booking, but they completely went back on their word and failed to issue the refund. Booking.com pockets their commission while protecting bad vendors and leaving customers stranded. Avoid this hotel and do not rely on Booking.com to honor their support commitments.

  Fine hotel for short stays

Liked: The place is reasonably close to the train station. Rooms are clean and have an adequate bathroom.

Disliked: The rooms are not too large and the building looks aged (not in a good way).
