  Super location. Clean and comfortable

  Liked: Friendly lady on reception. Great sized room, with large window, plenty of storage space, and super comfortable, large bed. Lovely clean towels and plenty of hot water. Cannot beat the location. Just a ten minute walk into the town centre where all the shops are. There is a tiny car park, it is difficult to find and not well signed. It's on a first come, first served basis, but it is only 5 Euro a night, so cheaper than parking in town. We would happily stay here again.

  Disliked: No kettle in the room. No air con just a tall fan. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. It got better when the shower was used but not by much. Other guests take pleasure in Slamming the doors and making the whole building shake!

  Disliked: Only one minor complaint, at breakfast coffee and cappuccino machine didn't work. But they were agreed to reduce any cost to remedy situation. Otherwise great location and clean
