Good
Liked: The breakfast was ok But we wanted a glass of milk, we got it but we had to pay €2,50 a glass:(
Disliked: The wifi was terrible The shower glass didn't soot so the floor got wet

Georgeous countryside area, great ambiance, comfortable lodging, brilliant customer service
Liked: Lovely countryside location, top class customer service, and the room was very comfortable to stay in. Also had dinner at the on-site restaurant which was very relaxing. Big customer service applaud to one of the hotel staff Jacob. At breakfast I asked him to print a picture from my phone. It was of my uncle who was killed in WW2 when the bomber he was in was shot down. We were visiting his grave that day near the Netherlands border. Jacob did not just print the picture - he laminated it for me. Little acts of kindness make a difference.
Excellent spot. Great location, good service
Liked: Excellent location. Close to motorway but in the countryside.
Liked: Great location for forest walks and the bus in to Aachen. There's a lovely bier garten at the back with a fantastic playground for the little ones. The food was basic German food, very well presented. Plenty of parking space and close to the motorway network.
Disliked: It was fine for our 3 day trip, but could have been a bit remote if we were looking for other local amenities.
