Stay, only if that's your only option

Liked: It's right in front of the Hauptbahnhof. There are a lot of facilities like the shower, toilet, TV etc.

Disliked: I can't say it was a clean room, definitely on the dirtier side. The towels and the linen were stained yellow. There were hairs on the bed. The shower's pressure was not enough. The bed was hard to sleep on, wasn't very comfortable. There was no elevator which was really hard for us, because we had two really heavy luggages. The first view in front of our door was a cockroach on the stairs. The staff were rude and had quite weird behaviours. I don't know if this is standard German behaviour or did they just decide to be hostile towards us. But they always kept an angry tone, when I came down to ask a question at 10-11 a.m. they immediately said I should give the keys back, again, in an angry tone without me being able to ask my question. –Which was about a little late check out but apparently that was out of the table, so forget it. And then during the check out they stormed in our room like a military inspector without asking and started checking around our room for their towels dirty towels i suppose? That was pretty weird, they didn't even tell a word just looked around and at the end they said something like good, all the towels are here. I mean we weren't exactly planning on stealing those stained towels but OK. Anyways we stayed here still knowing about the bad comments because this was the cheapest option and we literally had nowhere else to go for one day. So I would recommend only if you are in the same situation as well.

    Excellent

Liked: Everything was good. Lovely people, spacious room, excellent location for city centre and train station. If you want luxury, that will cost 5 times more. Here you get a very clean room, friendly hosts and a comfy bed. Will definitely come back, thank you.

    Amazing place!

Liked: Very spacious room and bed and bathroom, excellent staff (the man who checked us in and the woman at check out were both amazing)! There was a great kebab place right next door who also had friendly staff. We couldn’t hear the trains at all even though we were just across the plaza from the station.

    Disliked: Nothing to not like.
