Good
It’s very basic hotel but was pleasant stay and helpful staff
Liked: Staff
Disliked: Very basic and breakfast very limited
Liked: Location
Disliked: Very tiny room, overpriced
Nice!
Liked: The position is perfect if you have to reach RWTH Informatik Centrum. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good.
Nice short stay
Liked: Clean, modern, close to the city centre, easy check-in, good breakfast
Disliked: Very small bathroom
Liked: The breakfast was good, and the lady from Afghanistan who served it was very kind and polite.
Disliked: The manager, a middle-aged man, was extremely rude. He knocked on my door at 11 o’clock as if I were a thief or a homeless person. When I asked for the invoice to be issued in my company’s name, he agreed but filled it out while sighing and acting annoyed. My visit purpose was business-oriented, yet his behavior was completely unprofessional. I’ll never stay there again and definitely do not recommend this place.
Comfortable tranquil stay
Liked: Relatively close to the centrum. Quiet part of the city. Room has a garden view. Clean, spacious, nicely furnished. Staff is friendly.
Disliked: Nothing. I had some issues with wi-fi. Didn’t bother asking as I had mobile roaming data.
