Very good
Liked: Delicious breakfast buffet and nice breakfast area. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Hotel parking is a plus. Good beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The gym is really small and has no free weights, just 3 machines, out of which 2 cardio machines. Hotel is located quite a bit out of the city center.
Friendly, welcoming, great location
Liked: Lovely staff, amazing location for the World Dressage Championships! My daughter loved the Nutella on tap for breakfast!
Disappointed
Liked: Location
Disliked: The advertised dining room was shut and no lunch or dinner available despite their website proclaiming that their dining menu was excellent. Also, their breakfast buffet is very limited. Many better alternatives available nearby.
Perfect hotel for the WEG but value for money not matched
Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location
Disliked: Renovation needed, breakfast basic for that price

I have requested a refund of the remaining nights the day I had left but that was declined due to their policy although the hotel still had availability, which according to one staff member was also a reason they cannot issue refund for the remaining days. Very disappointing and I would highly recommend spending less on a hotel slightly farther than staying in a hotel as this one.
Liked: The staff were
