Guest reviews
Very good
Lots of positives
Liked: I booked 2 rooms for my family. I liked the easiness to move from one room to another and in and out of the building with just one code. It made things easier. Room 1 was nice and clean, they accommodated us with a baby bed so it was really helpful.
Disliked: Room 2 did not smell good, it smelled of sweat unfortunately. I don't know why because it looked alright. I also didn't like that one room had a toaster and an ironing board and other didn't, so it made us have to switch between rooms when we needed them. Bed covers looked dirty and the duvet was low quality so it was unbearably hot at night under the covers.
Convenient location near the train station and within easy walking distance of bus stops, restaurants, and the cathedral
Liked: Comfortable bed and great shower.
Disliked: The window curtains didn’t quite cover the width of the windows, but we rectified that with a little hair clip holding the curtains together
Appalling Lime home experience
Liked: The check in process was seamless
Disliked: The fact that they said there was going to be wifi only to find out that it wasn't there.Tried to get the management to fix the issue but it ended up being a begging game. This was a waste of my money and time as I ended up not spending my time at the hotel because of wifi issues. The room had a peculiar smell also. It also had a broken TV. What's the point of hanging a TV If it's broken just remove it altogether.
The perfect place for a short stay in historic Aachen
Liked: Perfect location: very close to the center, yet quiet. Very well-planned room, the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories. Very clean place.
Disliked: noisy guests
It worked well for us as we were travelling to World Equestrian games so easy access to station and buses but it was exp
Liked: Close proximity to the station.
Disliked: There was a big step out of the shower which didn’t feel very safe. Would be a good idea to put a handle on the wall. Also no microwave in the kitchen was disappointing
