Very good
Liked: Everything was great
Liked: Friendly welcome Comfortable room. Close to old town Excellent breakfast
Disliked: Nothing
A very positive experience
Liked: A very positive experience here. Very good location close to the cathedral. The communication from the hotel beforehand was excellent. We hadn't realised that we needed a green emission sticker to drive into the centre of Aachen and the hotel gave us comprehensive instructions as to how to get one en route. Our trip would have been a disaster without this.
Liked: Good room for the price, clean and comfy bed. Bathroom clean, shower worked well. Easy booking in with an actual human. Walked from main train station and easy walk to pretty town centre. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: Area was not great for eating and drinking but no need with main square so close.
Alright, but could have been better
Liked: Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, when I mentioned this on checkout, I simply got the answer 'OK' thinking that I'd been misunderstood I repeated the point and again simply got the answer 'OK'. No apology or suggestion that they'd try to avoid that happening in the future. Very poor customer service
Disliked: See above, very poor customer service
Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located to visit Aachen
Liked: Spacious, comfortable, clean and calm room and bathroom. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Substantial breakfast buffet. Convenient location next to city center and sights. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.
