Great location; excellent value; premier customer service!

Liked: This was a SPA (girls only) weekend and this hotel's location did not disappoint.......we loved everything about it - especially the ease of accessing the tunnel to sneak over to the SPA. The restaurant was great; we enjoyed dinner one night at the hotel and greatly enjoyed the made-to-order eggs for breakfast each morning....parking under the hotel was also super easy and convenient!

  Worthwhile

Liked: All around tops. Young man in breakfast room named Iagia (spelling??) was exceptional.

Disliked: We usually have strong English staff in our stays. Here was a bit more of a struggle. Ok in the end but a bit less smooth thx.
