  Great time!!

  Liked: Overall the stay was great. To relax and renergize your self this hotel is the right place for that. A lot to do on the spa and the room was clean, comfortable.

  Disliked: The parking outside of the hotel is complicated and there are not a lot of spots ( you risque to recevie a fine )

  Disappointed

  Liked: Location is good, catch the bus into the hauptstrasse, parking in the Zentrum is a bear. Pool is nice and clean. Had a massage at the spa- was excellent.

  Disliked: Pool could be warmer. Did not clean room first night, had to tell the reception to make sure room got cleaned. If you dont want to clean, lower the room rate. hairdryer is in a bad position. Restaurant experience was bad, waited a long time for food and check, waiter was bad and rude. Food was not quality or consistent. Breakfast is overpriced, selection is minimal and basic. Parking is a nightmare and hotel takes advantage by overcharging. Lights in room are broken. Water stains on the ceiling. Balcony floor peeling and dirty. Weird smell in hallway. All sauna are textile free.

  Liked: Very nice hotel just a short walk from the town centre. Clean room with stylish modern design and comfy bed. Spa and pool area were also very enjoyable. Would recommend.

  Nice and comfortable stay with friendly helpful staff
