  Liked: The flat is clean and located in the center

  Disliked: This apartment had been represented as the two bedrooms with two sleeping places in one bedroom and three in another. In fact it was not true and one of the sleeping places was in the kitchen which was very inconvenient for my family, that kitchen bed was also very uncomfortable. Also the flat is on the ground floor and garbage bins are located just under the windows, morning sleep was not possible at all.

  Liked: Brilliant location and large size

  Disliked: We arrived for a wedding and there was no hair dryer, iron, or ironing board. Staff were unable to help for a day, so we had to buy an iron.

  Liked: It’s very close to the thermal baths—that’s the main thing—and there are many good restaurants nearby. The whole area is very beautiful, too. The check-in process is convenient and doesn't require any staff to be present.

  Disliked: Just one thing: the sofa in the living room is a disaster. It’s uncomfortable and creaks with every movement—so loudly, in fact, that you could probably hear it in the house next door.

  Quite disappointing

  Disliked: Despite informing you that our check-in time would be 3:00 PM, we did not receive our access codes until 8:00 PM. When we finally entered the apartment, we discovered that it had not been cleaned at all after the previous guests. We immediately reported the issue and requested a different apartment. However, we did not receive a response until 3:00 AM, when we were told that the matter would be dealt with the following day. Unfortunately, nobody contacted us again, and nobody came to clean the apartment. The toilet was broken, the bathroom and toilet were filthy, and the entire apartment was covered in dust and dirt. On top of that, the building’s noise regulations were not respected, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Due to the appalling cleanliness, we avoided spending any time in the apartment during the day and only returned in the evenings to rest. Even then, we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep because of the noise. There wasn’t even a hairdryer provided, so we were left with no option but to walk around with soaking wet hair. We had previously stayed at VIP Apartments and had a very good experience. Unfortunately, we chose Limehome this time, and we deeply regret that decision. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and the lack of cleanliness, basic facilities, and customer service was simply unacceptable.

  Great apparment in the historic center of the city

  Liked: Location is great. We also liked the check in with the code.

  Disliked: The sofa bed in the living room is not extremely comfortable. There is a smellin the bathroom.
