I quick booked this flat as been discharged from local hospital and needed two days for a follow check up

Liked: Good location, good information about where to park my car

Disliked: The apartment do not have air conditioning. With these heat waves was very much needed. All informations were passed on in German only. What Booking. Com should do is “ What language you need to communicate with site”. I had to you AI to translate the comprehensive and useful information that site pass it in to me. I call but the person do not speak e English so I end up wanting 2 hours in 36 Celsius with a leg injury waiting to get inside and lay in bed.

A spacious apartment overall, but the stay was affected by lack of basic amenities

Liked: The apartment was very spacious, which made the stay comfortable.

Disliked: Communication with the host and the instructions were only in German. I was able to use online translation, so it was manageable, but communication in English would be helpful. The shower tiles were dirty, with visible black mould, which was disappointing. The apartment also did not provide any shower gel or shampoo, and there were no coffee or tea supplies. Even a small welcome gesture like this would improve the guest experience.
