A stay with a great location overshadowed by poor cleanliness

Liked: The location is the only truly strong point of this apartment. Everything is nearby, making it convenient to reach any destination. The technical equipment is good, with all the essentials provided. The apartment is spacious and warm.

Disliked: The service level was disappointing. Upon arrival, the apartment was completely unprepared: dirty floors, used bedding with hair on the bed, and used towels in the bathroom. This is utterly unacceptable for accommodation advertised as hotel-level. Although there were clean linens and towels in the closet, having to change them yourself is not what you pay for, especially given the overpriced rent. Additionally, the bathroom lacked even basic hygiene supplies, such as shower gel, which further highlighted the owners' negligence. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment if you expect even a basic level of cleanliness and service. For this price, there is no excuse for such issues.

  Superb

Liked: Excellent location 15 minutes walk to the city center. Well designed apartment, fully equipped kitchen.

Disliked: Although the reservation was for the stay of a couple and a child, probably by mistake, they prepared the apartment for the stay of only a couple. I contacted the landlord but no response was received.... And the serving utensils were not very clean
