  エアコンなし、夏は泊まれない

  Liked: バーデン・バーデンの街中

Disliked: I had asked in advance if the place was equipped with air conditioning and was told that it was. In reality, however, there wasn't a single unit. Since there was a pregnant woman in our group, the heat was intense enough to make her feel unwell. Some people were unable to sleep because of the heat. I checked in late, so I couldn't cancel, and the stay was truly uncomfortable. There was norefund."They just sent an email saying "sorry."

  Overall good stay

Liked: Near the bus stops and shopping center. Quite spacious for 4 people. Very nice view in one of the bedrooms. Complete with TV, kitchenware. towels, and WiFi.

Disliked: There was an early confusion on the location, because there's another "Reichel Appartements" also within Baden-Baden. It may be better to have this specific accommodation available on Google Maps, or make it clear to the customer that this hotel is in Sophienstraße. Good thing that the hotel number is available on Easter Sunday, so we were able to clarify this up. Just a bit dusty in some rooms.
