  Does not hold up to Marriott Autograph standards, cannot recommend

  Disliked: Reception and other facilities poorly organized and understaffed Extreme waiting times at reception for the simplest errands

  Liked: Extra costs for a second capucino during breakfast is not done! Very friendly personell, bathroom okay

  Disliked: Restaurant wa snot okay, too expensive for what you get, and the lamb meat was full of fat and not baked as it should

  Excellent hotel in nice location

  Liked: Really nice hotel in a very good location. Our room was fabulous, one of the best we had stayed in during our month long trip. Breakfast was excellent. Valet parking. The roof top terrace and pool were lovely. (A word of advice when booking, check that there isn’t a private event on as we weren’t able to use on the day we arrived which was a shame)

  Just avoid unless you wanna go to the rooftop

  Liked: The rooftop is great

  Disliked: Not worth it. Far from center. In room stuff were minimal..no toiletries, hair dryer, bathroom slippers..then the reception charged 500 euros for me to get a car from the hotel to Frankfurt airport. They didn’t even tell me it was 500. A normal uber was around 260

  So bad I MUST tell others: If you are choosing between Roomers and another hotel, CHOOSE ELSEWHERE!

  Liked: Terrible experience there, and trying to get anything resolved was impossible. I felt I needed to leave an honest review and move on, however they are removing reviews. I was contacted by google that they had accused me of libel to remove my review. I petitioned to google and my review was reinstated. If you are choosing between Roomers and another 4 or 5 star hotel in Baden-Baden, Look elsewhere. The top line: I cannot recommend Roomers Baden-Baden to anyone based on customer service and poor management. It is a beautifully designed property with comfortable beds, delicious food and drinks (when available), but the execution was horrible. We couldn’t sleep because the rooftop bar was open until 4:00 am with music so loud our room shook
