  Liked: The location is excellent with only a 10 minute walk into town. Apartment was spacious and the terrace was nice. Bedding was clean.

  Disliked: The property was not clean. This was particularly the case for doors, door frames and light switches and there was dust and hairs in the bathroom which must have been from the previous occupants. The kitchen drawers and doors were also dirty. Because of the cleanliness, our stay was not as comfortable as it should have been. We also didn't ealise that whilst the apartment and terrace is dog friendly, the garden is not and there is a sign in the apartment telling you not to use it with your dog. Additionally, the booking information and message recieved before check in, stated there was a tumble dryer but there was not one. Thankfully, there was an airer on the terrace however, this has started to rust.

  Fantastic stay—we would definitely come back!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Rose Garden Retreat Private Terrace in Baden-Baden. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The private terrace was a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the town. The location was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to the main attractions. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

  Spacious apartment in a lovely, quiet area but in need of some repair

  Liked: The apartment was very well equipped for self catering and the bed was comfortable. The large terrace was particularly lovely.

  Disliked: There were areas which needed attention. The kitchen worktops were worn and damaged and open to bacteria, the garden was quite overgrown and the balcony above needed repair as when people above walked around the dirt fell through the gaps.

  Excellent spot to stay while in Baden Baden

  Liked: Good location, although it is at top of hill and takes a few minutes to walk into town. We were able to park outside, and keep our car there while visiting town.

  Disliked: The pullout sofa bed in living room was very hard and uncomfortable. We needed assistance to get it set up, which was done promptly when we advised them.
