  Disappointing

Liked: The appartment was comfortable and spacious

Disliked: The appartment was advertised as deluxe, but didn’t meet the standard. Lounge seating was uncomfortable and dining chairs are dangerous. Towels were hard and thin, windows broken or unable to open, shutters broken etc etc

  Disappointing

Liked: The apartment is very spacious, and everything inside was clean, including both bathrooms, which have showers—a definite plus. Parking outside is easy, which was convenient.

Disliked: The apartment was very cold upon arrival, and the only heating available was floor heating, which took over 24 hours to even start warming up and never really got warm. We had to request extra heaters to stay comfortable, but the first night was particularly difficult. Another downside was that none of the windows or balconies were accessible, meaning we couldn’t get fresh air. The balconies themselves were dirty and unkept, even though they couldn't be used. The kitchen was also lacking in some essentials—utensils were outdated, frying pans were in poor condition, and there were no proper containers with lids, salad bowls, etc. Additionally, one of the beds had worn and dirty leather around it, and the bedding wasn’t great. The duvet was single and not the best quality, and the bed sheets were not in good condition. Some of the window blinds, especially in the bedroom, didn’t work properly, leaving us exposed to daylight in the morning. Overall, while the apartment has a lot of space and cleanliness going for it, the lack of proper heating, limited ventilation, and worn-out furnishings made our stay less comfortable than expected. With some improvements, this could be a much better rental experience.
