  Great location and cozy

Liked: Room was amazingly clean, cozy, and nice. The location beat everything. You're literally in the center of Berlin near everything important.

Disliked: The staff were friendly... but German. Maybe a smile or two every now and then would have been nicer, but very professional and helpful. No one was rude... just German.

Disliked: Only on the 4th day our room was cleaned and it was after we requested in very assertive way. Our bed linen was not changed.

Comfy beds and linens, lots of space, an elevator and excellent staff

Liked: There is more room in this apartment hotel than in the hotel we spent the first part of the week in. What a great value.

  Disliked: Everything was great.
