Fabulous
Adina rooms have everything I need for a three week stay, with great customer service
Liked: The staff are fantastic. Customer service is a strong point. I am a loyal Adina guest. I have stayed at most of their hotels in Germany.
Disliked: A minor complaint was that my bed's mattress was no longer serviceable and was so unlevel on the edges on both sides, that I almost rolled out of bed when turning over. I'm not a fussy person in this regard but it was pretty bad. Please check it out - Room 315. I'm planning to return to Berlin next year and will ask for the same room, if a better mattress has been installed.
Cozy I will say and clean
Liked: Is very good area especially if you will need to visit charite hospital,
Liked: The front desk staff were so helpful when we first arrived - early from the overnight train and sorted our room early, amazing! Kids loved the pool. Great breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff throughout our 4 days there. Close to tram stop, walkable to main train station. Supermarket 5 mins walk, bakery on corner
Disliked: Nothing really - we really enjoyed our stay
Superb hotel, friendly staff, great facilities
Liked: Superb location - a 15 min walk to Friedricstrasse and other areas accessible from there. Plenty of local transport nearby. Apartments are very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful.
Disliked: Found the bed a little hard but that was down to personal preference.
excellent location, great facilities, super-friendly staff
Very comfortable and clean, well equipped kitchen
Liked: Proximity to Hauptbahnhof, tram, plus walking distance to many sites. Loved that the windows opened in our first floor room. Quiet street.
