  Liked: Room was great size comfy beds

  Disliked: One of the lights came away from the wall, we spoke to reception who told us it would be fixed the next morning, we returned to room at the end of the day to find we had no power to sockets and were not able to turn off the lights that worked, we had not been contacted to let us know this when we went back to reception they told us it would be fixed in the morning and that they couldn't move us as they didn't have any of the same room available, someone then came to the room and switched the fuse box back meaning we then had power but the light hanging from the wall was live, so we couldn't use that bunk bed. It was not fixed the next morning and was still hanging from the wall whje we returned at the end of the day. Staff were not particularly friendly, on arrival the receptionist was not very welcoming.

  Poor experience

  Liked: The room was very clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself is well located, although the area around the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations is unfortunately quite dirty.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was seriously affected by the poor soundproofing and very uncomfortable pillows. A group of teenagers staying at the hotel were running, shouting, laughing, and slamming doors in the corridors until around 2 a.m., with no consideration for other guests. The noise started again before 7 a.m. I had specifically requested a room in a quiet area of the hotel, so this was particularly disappointing. The hotel should consider accommodating large groups of teenagers in a separate section and, more importantly, ensure that hotel rules regarding noise and consideration for other guests are actually enforced. Despite the positive aspects of the hotel, I had a very poor experience due to the lack of sleep and noise. Furthermore, inmediately after checking in, I got an email with the check out instructions, so you get the feeling that they want you out ASAP. Furthermore, even before the check out time, housekeeping was knocking on my door to kick me out. Unacceptable! In overall, unfortunately a bad experience for an overrated price.

  Good value

  Liked: Good location in the central area near the Zoo. S bahn, metro station, supermarket all nearby. Quiet at night.

  Disliked: Room was so small even a slim person had trouble to navigate between the bed and the wall
