    Would come back again

Liked: The location was super central, easy to reach public transport, shops, restaurants, museums, you name it. Best place to stay in Berlin.

    Disliked: Nothing.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location, but a little pricey

Liked: Good location, within walking distance of Alexanderplatz. The apartment was spacious, which made the stay more comfortable.

Disliked: A bit overpriced for what it offers.

Disliked: The cleaner staff knocked on my door this morning at 11am when I still have the do not disturb sign on the door. This is the second time of this month happened to me during my stay. Last time was the Sunday of berlin marathon. I found this behavior very disrespectful. Regardless how eager cleaner want to clean the room, it's still unacceptable to do so before official check out time 12pm especially I still have do not disturb sign on the door. Hotel needs to inform the staff to be respectful. Plus no apologies from the cleaners at all which is outrageous. My room is literally blocked by the cleaning truck, blocking my entrance in and out. When I still have the do not disturb sign on.

Very clean and well-located apartment, but lacking a table and chairs, and better floor cleaning

Liked: The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. There was plenty of cupboard space and storage.

Disliked: The main thing we missed was a simple table and a couple of chairs. Since the apartment has a kitchen, I think this is a basic necessity for eating, having a coffee or sitting down comfortably. Also, the floor and carpet were not vacuumed during the cleaning.

I would not stay at another Amano property again. Plus, contacting someone for assistance was hard

Liked: The apartment was fairly large, the bathroom was also large. The water pressure was great, and the complimentary soaps and shampoos were wonderful. The location was pretty good too. Right next to the underground subway.

Disliked: The room was on the 3rd floor overlooking a very busy street. The street noise was very loud even with the windows closed. There were so many ambulance sirens or police sirens throughout the day and night. To add to our enjoyment we also got to listen to the tram noise rolling on the tracks. By the 5th day we were ready to call it quits, but where to go? The "green" electronic key was worthless. Twice I couldn't get in and I had to wait until someone else arrived. I tried reprogramming the electronic key on my phone but it still didn't work well. Sometimes I could get in and sometimes I could. Luckily, I was able to figure out how to create a hard key card that were available at the check in desk. The challenge was figuring out how to program the key. Selecting the key card option took you through the process and it kept skipping the part to program the key. I finally hit the back button and the option to program the key appeared. We chose to rent an apartment because we wanted to be able to make breakfast and not have to go out. The main items were available (refrigerator, stove top, kitchen sink, etc.), but not the items to cook with. The non-stick pan surface was flaking off and we weren't able to use it. There was no spatula, or anything else that could be used to flip or scramble eggs. There was a sieve, a cutting knife, a spoon that looked like it was the other half of salad mixing utensils, but nothing really worth anything. Luckily the coffee machine and toaster worked. I went out an purchased a rubber spatula so I could make eggs. The room was for two people. Someone took this literally. There were only two of everything - forks, butter knives, spoons, tea spoons, plates, bowls, etc. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but before we could eat our breakfast of scrambled eggs we had to wash the silverware we used to prepare it. I just didn't see the reasoning for only limiting everything to two.
