Disliked: -No internet on our apartment, which caused extreme frustration and missed meetings when I tried to work from the apartment. -Unclear/ lack of communication regarding the issue - I was given repeated AI-generated responses instead of speaking to someone with a clear plan and timeline. -Our key broke mid-stay, which forced us to move to another apartment instead of getting the key fixed. -No communication regarding moving apartments until the cleaner knocked on our door telling us we have to move. -Moving back and forth disrupted our plans for the weekend, including concert plans and a birthday celebration.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything needed for a nice long weekend stay. A recommendation- have a pair of slippers for guests, because the floor was quite cold.
