  looking for a budget no frills experience, then this place is perfectly acceptable

  Liked: The room was clean and functional.

  Disliked: It is the small things that shouldn't make a difference but somehow do. So it feels a bit nit-picky to say anything after all you are only sleeping there. That being said I recommend that if you want your guests to clean up after themselves then it would be handy to have some dish soap and a dish cloth for washing dishes and wiping down the counters. A nice touch would be to provide a welcome note for your guests explaining wifi or providing restaurant recommendations and some bottled water to take with them while touring the city...these are not game changers but they will make the place more memorable and make the guests feel more welcome.

  No frills but comfy and good location

  Liked: The location was excellent, the apartment clean and the beds comfortable. The apartment is definitely no frills and the kitchen small/limited but for a short stay it really didn't matter. The staff were very friendly too.

  Disliked: The apartment felt a bit empty - very minimalistic with not much furniture particularly in the master bedroom. Just a bit of soft furnishing might have made it feel a bit more homely.

  Excellent roomy and clean apartment close to the Brandenburg Gate in excellent location

  Liked: Finding the property was easy after collecting the keys from reception.The apartment was in a relative quiet area but with many restaurants and supermarket very close.The receptionist spoke excellent English and was polite and professional.The rooms were very clean,spacious,and warm as the central heating was on during our stay.

  Disliked: There was only one tablet of soap in the bathroom

  Gorgeous spacious appartment in a perfect location

  Liked: It was really easy to find the main reception to pick up the keys and the guy who greeted us was very friendly and clear. The appartment itself was a 2-minute walk from the reception in a fantastic area above lots of bars and restaurants, and just up the road from a lovely 2-level supermarket (which made our usual Aldi look rubbish when we got back home, ha!). The appartment itself was HUGE and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The wifi worked fine and the kitchen had everything we needed for when we didn't want to eat out. Everything was lovely and clean and it was great to finally find an appartment that had a room with two single beds for our teen sons rather than two rooms with double beds. When we come back to Berlin we will book this appartment again.

  Disliked: Nothing for us really. We have realistic expectations of a self-catering appartment and don't expect huge piles of kitchen equipment etc. When we got back my son said "I wonder who's lucky enough to be staying in our appartment now?" which sums it up really!
