  Clean, convenient, good value for money

  Liked: The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts were pleasant and responsive, and communication was easy. Mitte is a nice area and very central. There are great restaurants within a few minutes, and the tram and subway are right outside. Super convenient. Our 1BR apartment had two double beds plus a sofa bed, which was more than the two of us needed. They also had fans, which might be because of the recent heatwaves. We used one, and enjoyed the ventilation.

  Disliked: The only downside was the noise. We were prepared for it, based on previous reviews, but it was worse than we'd expected. There were ambulance sirens all night, and the rumble of the tram could be felt, not just heard, so ear plugs didn't help. Plus, on our last night, we had noisy neighbors upstairs who made a tremendous racket.

  Modern spacious and comfortable apartments

  Liked: Very modern, clean, and spacious apartment in a great location - near multiple metro stations, trams & buses, and lots of shops and restaurants. This was a great value apartment, considering there were 3 separate double bedrooms, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large table and social area. Easy to access with the provided codes, and keycards allowed easy access after this to avoid entering the codes again. We were allowed to leave our bags in the apartment after checkout, which was really helpful; the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Coffee pods, wine, vodka and water bottles provided, with price tags attached - would rather not have these if not complimentary, as there are plenty of shops nearby. Near quite a busy road, so if you have the windows open, expect to be woken up by emergency vehicle sirens. To reach one of the bedrooms, you have to walk through another bedroom.

  Liked: Fantastic experience at Rosenthal Apartments. The apartment itself was in excellent condition, situated in a superb, convenient location. Above all, the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 stay.
