Guest reviews
Very good
Lovely hotel in central location
Liked: I got upgraded to a superior room which was spacious, well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my back but I used a spare duvet as a mattress topper. Despite being told to use the QR code if we wanted the room cleaned, my room was cleaned several times and the duvet removed so I had to keep moving it.
Great place to stay in Berlin
Liked: The location. Very close to U5 stop direct to Main train station. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The taps. They were so violently strong
Liked: Good location, close to the metro.
Exactly what you need. Will return here if back in Berlin
Liked: Great central location for the price. The room was really bright, clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and accommodating - was a birthday trip and gentleman at reception gave us free early check in.
Disliked: Nitpicking here, only point of improvement would be to add a mini fridge to the rooms. Would have been useful for us, but not a major issue at all.
Happy
Liked: Very efficient lifts.
Disliked: Poor service for lunch/evening meals though food good.
