  Enabled fun! Sauna was a plus, though it would be nice to have more comfier relaxation zones outside

  Liked: Breakfast could’ve been a little better with more fresh food, fruit and salad.

  Disliked: We stayed in the suite, but room didn’t have sufficient lighting. Just one stand lamp next to the door. No reading light. For a space that big, it would be nice to have a separate toilet. There were no fans or ventilation in the bathroom/toilet with no window. That needs to be improved

  Disliked: I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First, a female housekeeping staff member woke me up very early in the morning and behaved in a very aggressive and unpleasant manner. I found this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Second, the receptionist only spoke English and did not speak German, which I found surprising and inconvenient, especially in a hotel located in Germany. Overall, I did not feel comfortable with the service and believe there is room for improvement in staff behaviour and customer service.

  Berlin has better hotels to offer and less expansive.but they were already full

  Disliked: Way too expansive, not super clean, the staff members stare at the PC at all times to avoid inzeraction with the guests., the way to the sauna leads through the bar - not comfortable at all!!!!!
