  Grate location but room was uninviting

  Liked: I loved the location. Everything was easy to get to. The water pressure was grate in the shower and tap. The courtyard was beautiful. Getting in was easy. I wasn't bothered by the train noise, it sounded like white noise

  Disliked: There's no sign for the exit, so we got confused for a while, and so did a German couple we saw, we had to show them to the door to leave the building. There was only 1 pillow per person. The double/king bed i forgot what it was, but it was just 2 single mattresses stuck together, so I couldn't cuddle my partner properly at night, it was uncomfortable in the middle. The room was big but empty. It felt cold and uninviting with a lot of echo. The coffee machine downstairs was broken the entire time.

  Liked: The room was comfortable and veey nice and spacious.

  Disliked: There were toomany stairs with no.othwr means to get to my room. It was very tiring all thw times i needed to get to my room. Even though i have no accessibility issues - i found this to be a big pain

  Not coming back, didn't like the rooms

  Liked: The breakfast was basic but ok. I like the 24/7 assistance and the online keys.

  Disliked: The hairdryer was not working. The images online are completely different from the rooms that I got. The bathrooms are only cleaned couple of times per week. I didn't like the "art" that was in the rooms. The fruits in the breakfast were not fresh. The desks are tiny, my laptop didn't fit on them.

  Lovely place. Excellent location. Great value for money

  Liked: Location is great - a few minutes walk from the Brandenburg gate and great restaurants. We had a suite - very impressed with it. Lovely breakfast. Train noise did not affect us… double glazing works a treat - and ear plugs provided (that we didn’t need to use).

  Disliked: No contact with staff (other than at breakfast - who were great). Tv in bedroom didn’t work (but one in living room did). Biggest issue - no kettle/tea/coffee in the room - just one carton of water for two of us for three nights…

  Liked: Only the location.

  Disliked: 1. Very significant noise from train, windows are not fully sealed, so cant sleep at night 2. Zero staff present, difficult if we encounter problem with our room and if unable to open door 3. Very bad lighting, very dark, from the front door to cross the hall and to the room, not suitable for living with family. Feels unsafe 4. Wifi is terrible!! Cant believe wifi quality in european hotel, very unreliable 5. Very overprice compared to what the guest got
