Nice central hotel with great transport options

Liked: Located centrally for my excursions, using the hotel as a platform to relax.

Disliked: Room toward the street, at 2nd floor there were (a few) quite noisy cars loud and proud showing off their engines. As I dropped my phone at some point (bedside table, and it slipped down behind the bed) i had a good look under the bed, and it was not a place that gets cleaned much.

Great service, food and clean place. This place really has everything for a perfect spa break

Liked: First visit and staff members were very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean, great selection of healthy food and drinks. It is a great place to stay to work, unwind and relax. I will be visiting again as a result of the first visit exceeding my expectations

Disliked: The wifi was poor and had a unstable connection which kept cutting out.

This hotel should not offer family stays, given their restrictive policies&unfriendly staff

  Liked: Size of the apartment

Disliked: The staff was incredibly unfriendly on multiple occasions. For example, when I was checking in, there was a photo shoot happening, and they were so busy chatting about this that they ignored me for a full 10 minutes. When my husband and daughter joined me the next morning, the staff on call literally closed the door in their face, saying that the club wasn't open yet, not even letting them explain why there were there. In addition, the pool was only accessible to our daughter during a limited time window. We were not alerted to this during the booking (even though we booked as a family) or during check-in. It was even more aggravating, because she was actually swimming laps (not playing) when another guest complained and there was no staff available to resolve the situation. When we complained, our comments were shrugged off, with zero effort to engage.
