  We will be back! Clean, perfect location, spa was open and breakfast was nice as well!

  Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful! We also got a free upgrade to the suites upon arrival which made a very lovely surprise! Spa also opened a day after we got there which got popular rather instantly.

  Lovely designer Hotel with a great team of staff and managers, experience a few issues but these were resolved in real

  Liked: Great service from the front of house team and their manager. A great welcome, including welcome drinks etc a super room with jacuzzi Lovely anniversary wishes written across the mirror.super front of house customer service. A Great location too.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the room assigned developed a few issues, but the hotel did everything to “sort and save the day” which they did!

  Next time I will buy a mug - they have been funny

  Liked: Santiago was a really lovely hotel keeper and as first contact very helpfull (and handsome as well).

  Disliked: There should be more Windows u can open, in the night is was kind of warm. But possibly a Personal opinion.
