  Lovely Apartment in an Excellent Location

  Liked: The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable in an excellent location near sightseeing, restaurants and bars. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk from trams, U bahn and S bahn. We usualy took U bahn from Schonhauser Allee. Berlin is a beautiful city and a must for travellers.

  Liked: If you're looking for a professionally managed, upscale holiday apartment, this might not be the place for you. Instead, it feels more like staying at a friend’s or sibling’s flat in Berlin. Despite the unimpressive exterior, the inside is a relatively well-maintained typical Altbauwohnung in Berlin. The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras, and the owner is very responsive to questions and requests. There’s a park nearby, and the area is full of restaurants and cafés. Note that the U-Bahn and tram stations are a bit of a walk—around 12 to 15 minutes away.

  A very good choice

  Liked: Well heated, bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Kitchen was functional. The neighborhood was good as well. The host was also very helpful.

  Liked: I booked the apartment for my parents on their visit to Berlin. They find it a cozy, warm, and well-equipped place. The local area has lots of shops, eateries and public transport links. Prenzlauer Berg is a favorite Berlin neighborhood for me. The hosts were friendly and accommodating throughout, and made check-in and check-out very easy.
