Very good
Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful especially if I had questions about the local area.

Liked: The room was so clean.
Disliked: In the 4-bed female dorm, the upper bunk bed wasn't covered with any curtains or sheds to protect from light turned on by anyone in the room. Another girl in the room was rude enough to keep her light on all night even when she was out of the room having fun! When I asked to have a lower bed instead the staff told me both were taken but one of them was empty all night long until I left so I guess it wasn't taken! The location is not that good. At night it gets too scary and quiet around the hotel to walk (and you have to walk to reach the main street). The locker wasn't wide enough to take my boarding trolley bag.

Disliked: I don't like the noise the door makes when other guests close it. It was disturbing.
Liked: If I could give Big Mama more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! They completely lived up to their name. • The Service & Staff: The team here is simply the best. At check-in, the agent realized it was my birthday and immediately went into a frenzy—giving me a chip for a free drink, engaging in fun conversation, and personally showing me to the elevator. Even the cleaning staff I met in the elevator welcomed me with a massive smile. At checkout, I was met with that same joy and a complimentary Latte coffee. • The Amenities: The bar is open 24/7, which is a huge plus. They also have an epic summer terrace on the 4th floor that you shouldn't miss. I ended up extending my stay because of how wonderful they made me feel. When in Berlin, this is absolutely the place to be. I recommend them a thousand times over!

Liked: structure of the room, avaliability of the towels, avaliability of the shower products, locked storage space, handy open storage space, avaliability of the electricity, stabile and strong WiFi, proximity to affordable shops (in case one has forgoten something), closee to grocery shop(s) / food stoores with vegan/vegetarian food
Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: One bathroom for two rooms with 4 beds each was not enough for all the girls.
