Was convenient and not expensive. Safe and clean

Liked: The room was clean, had shampoo and soap. The only oddity was that the hotel has no lobby - just a corridor with a small cubicle to find the staff. Seems more like a facility for stay, not quite a full blown hotel. But in terms of the room and bathroom there is absolutely no difference with that of a full blown hotel. It was perfectly fine and safe. The potsdamer plats S-bahn is within a short walking distance. Many coffee shops for breakfast are around.

Disliked: May be a coffee maker in the room would make it more comfy.

Ok after we could eventually got in

  Liked: Location

Disliked: It was closed when we arrived. Someone was supposed to be on duty from 8am but did not turn up until 3pm and when he did turn up did not care at all about inconvenience he had caused. Also after phoning all numbers given and emailing my complaint no one has bothered to contact me. Only one member of staff seemed to care.
