  super location, very pleasant modern hotel with excellentstaff

  Liked: colazione molto buono e abbondante - large comfortable tablesin thebreakfast room and staff very efficient.

  Disliked: the cost of a small bottle of water inthe mini-bar, euro 6.50!!! I bought two large bottles of San Pellegrino from the local REWE 100 meters from the hotel for euro 2.60.

  Delightful stay/awesome breakfast

  Liked: The hotel was lovely. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows also comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with so much choice and healthy options. Loved making my own freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. Great choice of breads and pastries too. I loved the art deco style of the hotel and the atrium where breakfast is served is very well done. The hotel is also in a great location for shopping, sightseeing and transport links. We also had a view of the TV tower which was a bonus and my daughter was happy with the extra large TV with netflix. All the staff were friendly and helpful too.

  Disliked: My flight was late so we arrived after midnight. Which wasn't a problem and we were checked in without any issues. I had emailed when we knew we would be late as stuck on passport control. None of that was a problem but the hotel info suggests you cannot check in after midnight so did have a bit of panic thinking we wouldnt be allowed into the hotel. And the only other thing which could have made it even better would be larger bath towels and some milk sachets in the room to make a cup of tea.

  Liked: Good location in quiet street in central Berlin. Near to public transport, markets, restaurants, etc. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

  Disliked: Nothing in particular. Perhaps a bit more information left in room would be helpful for guests.
