Liked: The location is excellent. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well equipped. There is laundry machine available. Very comfortable bed.

Disliked: The sofa bed in the living room is the cheapest and most uncomfortable I have tried. The wifi is week and unreliable.

Great location in new apartment building and great kitchen facilities

Liked: Was not the hotel we booked originally, but we were moved to a place and room of better quality at no extra cost to us. Location is right on the S bahn & U bahn - so easy to get everywhere. Coffee shop in same building as well as a supermarket which was fantastic went staying in an apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Having to download an app to book a time for the laundry and prepay what you needed without being able to see what facilities were in there.

Liked: It’s a modern self check-in hotel in Mitte. Great location with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. At least 2 U-bahn stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. My suite was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. There was everything I needed in the kitchenette.

Disliked: Shower needed attention. It would be nice to have a couple of extra blankets and pillows.

  Hassle free clean accommodation

Liked: Was a good location and we managed to walk everywhere and the area wasn't overly noisy or disruptive. Arriving really late in the evening wasn't an issue due to being sent the door codes etc. Our original room we booked was changed last minute and we did receive a part refund for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture.

Disliked: The smallest gripe was unfortunately for 4 adults staying for 3 nights there was insufficient towels - we had asked for extra and were given a way to retrieve them but again unfortunately this was unsuccessful - wasn't a huge deal more an inconvenience

  Could be good value

  Liked: Location is good

Disliked: There is no AC, no front desk and they are sharp and solid about checkout time (11Am). There is no place close to it where you could store luggage if your flight is late.
