be careful with this hotel, the room is nice, but their mangement will not help you when you need

Liked: the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was decent

Disliked: The receptionist when we checked in, had a terrible attitude. Not to mention that he hardly spoke any english, but he was not willing to help us at all. We came a couple and a single, and mistakenly we ordered 2 single rooms and one double. The receptionist on the time of arrival was simply not willing to do anything, he just said that we had to wait till the next day. Eventually, the hotel's management was not willing to help with this mistake, and accept the cancelation even though Booking.com was very helpful and retained the money paid. so even though we never checked in to the extra room, the hotel insisted on charging us the full price. VERY unfair, and not something you expect from a serious hotel with good reputation.

  Central Berlin clean/safe accommodation

Liked: Probably one of the best places ive ever stayed. All staff so lovely and accommodating. This was our honeymoon and honestly couldn't have asked for a better place. central to everything youd come to Berlin for tourist wise. We are from New Zealand and if we ever came back to Berlin, this is where we would stay. Thank you Grimms xx

Disliked: No we loved it all.
