  Nice hotel in great location

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from Alexzanderplatz station and city centre. All staff seemed friendly. The bedroom was a decent size, comfortable double bed and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and the waffle maker was fantastic.

Disliked: The sofa bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The rooms only gets cleaned once every 2 days. Being in the city centre the traffic noise from outside is loud, however this didn't disturb our sleep!

Liked: Pillows were soft and comfy

Disliked: Body lotion and conditioner couldn't use because it wasn't getting out of the bottle. It wasn't filled properly or it wasn't working

  Great choice, amazing service

Liked: Customer service is on top level, staff is very polite and helpful. Very good value for this money. Good breakfast included with very wide timing - 6:00-11:00. Location is central, but quiet, 7 minutes from Alexander platz. Kettle and iron in the room. They have a small gym.

Disliked: Room is quite small and do not have shelves, only hangers, so not enough space for clothes, but for a couple of days and for such price it's okay. No fridge, but reception can store something in their fridge. Walking from metro (U-Bahn and S-Bahn) takes 7-15 minutes which is not far, but not so close for Berlin.
