  Great location, excellent value for money, friendly staff, and outstanding service. Highly recommended

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay. The hotel enjoys a great location, offers excellent value for money, and has very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, and the room service was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would be happy to stay here again!

  Great experience on my Birthday's weekend!

  Liked: We stayed there for my birthday weekend in September and enjoyed it a lot. The room was big and was more than enough space for two adults, the staff were friendly and helped me a lot during the last day with planning my trip back to the train station and bringing me back something I forgot in the room. For my birthday I received a bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel which was nice and assisted me in celebrating my birthday with my partner. The area is perfect, on Ku'Damm - One of Berlin's most central streets, bus station just outside the Hotel, metro station couple of minutes away. Another thing worth mentioning is the extras this hotel provides - an Ice Machine and an indoor smoking lounge that allowed us to enjoy a cigar on our last evening before check out - wonderful! Would love to come back again!

  Disliked: Breakfast in the hotel is super expensive and in my opinion can be avoided - there are some wonderful breakfast and brunch options in the area. The minibar in our room was not working well, we coudln't really cool down the sparkling wine... The strong stream in the shower basically makes it almost impossible to shower without water splashing outside, cause the bath covered only barely half.
