  A disgraceful five-star experience that ruined my birthday trip. Extremely disappointing!

  Liked: The location is good, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The experience was completely unworthy of a five-star luxury hotel.

  Disliked: An absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience for a supposedly prestigious five-star hotel! Our room was filthy, with a disgusting stain next to the bed that looked like vomit, another stain resembling blood, and an old, visibly damaged bed frame. Even worse, the heating was broken, and the room was freezing. Despite repeatedly calling reception, including at 2 a.m., nobody managed to resolve the problem. Even a staff member admitted how unbearably cold the room was! The heating was finally fixed only the following afternoon. I came to Berlin to celebrate my birthday, but after spending the night in such terrible conditions, I developed cold-like symptoms and remained unwell throughout my stay, missing planned activities. The lack of cleanliness, urgency and professionalism was disgraceful. I am deeply disappointed that a hotel with such a prestigious name could offer such appalling conditions. Absolutely nowhere near five-star standards!

  Wonderful hotel in a terrific location!

  Liked: Incredible location next to the Brandenburg Gate and easy walking distance to many sights. Awesome breakfast too!
