Liked: Good location close to the train station and governmental quarter; the old charm had something for it & I liked having an actual key instead of a card; it was completely silent at night and I never heard any street noise or from other rooms, although it was booked out. Everything was clean!

Disliked: No breakfast option; it's not very modern so a matter of personal preference. I was both intrigued and charmed by it, but I can also understand that it's not for everyone. The bathroom is too small, especially considering the spacious room size.

  Very good

Liked: It was an old time type guest house with our room having its own bathroom though sign showed multiple rooms shared a bathroom at end of hall. The hotel was only a 10 minute walk dragging luggage from the train station.

Liked: Everything but the mattress. The staff is always very nice, location good, check in and check out well organized.

Disliked: The mattress was broken or totally used. I was in room 20. Please replace it there. It was impossible to sleep on it. It had like big hole in the middle. And you felt the springs underneath.

Location great but rooms and staff need work

Liked: The location / closeness to services.

Disliked: There was no breakfast included, the lift didn’t work and staff were rude upon arrival after a long train journey. The shower was in the middle of the room so not really suitable for us travelling as a family with adult sons and their mother. It looked completely different to the photos.

Okay but room smelled like cooked sausages

Liked: Location was good and the price paid was acceptable.

Disliked: The room had a persistent cooking smell of fried sausages (Wiener Wuerstchen) that you could not get rid of even with airing for 10hs.
