  Cozy and Welcoming

  Liked: The room was cute and cozy with plenty of places to put my things. The staff were all so sweet and welcoming. I had a couple minor issues and they took care of them right away. The breakfast was also delicious and varied a bit every day. It's really a nice place to stay!

  Disliked: Even with all of the lights on in the room, it was pretty dark. The heater in my room made odd noises throughout the night, even when turned off. It woke me up several times every night. The bed was also a bit hard for me. These are all minor though.

  Liked: On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location and was clean. The fully digital check-in and check-out process was quick and straightforward, making arrival and departure hassle-free. I appreciated these aspects of the stay, although the noise unfortunately overshadowed them.

  Disliked: I booked Hotel Nami expecting to get some rest, but loud music at the venue continued until 1 a.m. The noise prevented me from sleeping, and I have a video recording documenting it. I ended up having a sleepless night and felt exhausted the following day, which ruined my plans. Being able to sleep is a basic expectation when paying for a hotel room, and this stay fell far short of that. Very disappointing.
