Liked: The room was spacious, the breakfast eccellent. The staff as well. The location was perfect as well. They have a gym well equipped and a supermarket downstairs.

Disliked: The room was a bit dark and cold. I am not sure if they should repair something or it was just like that always.

  Great

Liked: 1. I liked the behaviour of the staff. 2. Check-in was very easy and fast. 3. The bar atmosphere was really nice and peaceful, even for working on a laptop. 4. The hairdryer was good and powerful, unlike the weak ones often found in hotels. 5. The room size was quite good and comfortable.

Disliked: Generally, everything was good. There were only a few things that I did not like: 1. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety or changes. Also, there was no vegetable salad available, such as lettuce, cucumber, or other fresh vegetables. 2. There was no door sign to indicate when room cleaning was needed, and my room was cleaned only after three days. 3. The refrigerator was empty and there was no minibar. 4. I would have expected complimentary water to be provided in the room every day.

Disliked: We requested room cleaning but the staff didn’t do it, and when we contacted reception no one was available to assist us.
