Comfy beds, don't book for a special occasion

Liked: Location was convenient, beds were comfy and room was nice. Bar is nice and they had a halloween party, would have nice to be told about it upon arrival or be messaged about it if we wanted to change our plans ect

Disliked: Asked for a birthday effort to be made, the hotel said they would put a card to be put in the room, that wasnt provided. Shame they couldn’t attempt to try and make it special for us. Room was hot and the aircon didnt stay on. When we arrived to drop our luggage we were left waiting to place our bags down for a good 5 mins when we just arrived.

Liked: Clean and close to train station

Disliked: I can't store our luggage, therefore, we moved to IBIS next door for 4 days and another 2 days. They are willing to accommodate our group luggage. I booked 5 rooms.
