Clean, good shower, comfortable, good location with places to eat around

Liked: The location is great, easy to get around and they have some places to eat close to it, and in the hotel. The place was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and polite.

Disliked: The water bottle in the bedroom was violated when I arrived, I didn't get charged for that in the end but always good to keep an eye. No major issues at all!

Disliked: A bit old along the stairs. Torned Carpets need to change.

    Better avoid. It’s a scam

Liked: Accessibility was good. Tram bus and metro nearby.

Disliked: The pictures of the room shown are completely different than the one they allotted. It’s a very small room, barely any place to walk or even pull the chair out of table. When I asked the front office staff, they assured they will shift when I come back after my day for the evening. By then the staff changed and they pleaded ignorance of any such promise and asked me to occupy the room already allotted or suit myself.

    Frustrating & Disappointing

Liked: The overall appearance of the hotel, nice olde-world charm to the interior.

Disliked: The stay was spoilt by the arrival of a coachload of teenage students, whose principal interest/entertainment was to run up and down the corridors and stairs whilst all the while shouting to each other at the tops of their voices as well as banging loudly on each others room doors. Now I could say that the stay was spoilt by the teenagers and not the Hotel BUT I would say that the Hotel put the financial gain of allowing 40 to 50 teenagers stay, over and above the comfort and security of the other guests in the Hotel. ie it is fairly predictable that a bunch of teenagers are going to be rowdy late into the night. Upon raising the issue with the Concierge, we were moved to a room further away from the youths, however, we did still lose another night's sleep. And when we ultimately checked out, nobody asked us how we got on. And on a lesser point, I'm pretty sure a spring had gone in my mattress which made getting to sleep a little more tricky and there was no kettle or tea making facility in the rooms, which I thought had become a standard offering in the world of hospitality.
