Liked: This hotel was a bit hidden away, up a few floors from the entrance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The dinning room was bright and clean, nicely presented and the breakfast was everything I'd expect in Berlin.

Disliked: They could do with better quality coffee in the rooms. Once, it was difficult to get in at 20.50 due to locked gates making the side key-coded entrance difficult to access - I had to climb through a fence.

Liked: Accessibility is something we usually don't notice when it isn't there, but accessibility was a priority at the hotel. Elevator to the lobby, emergency phones in both the room and the bathroom, and the bathroom was equiped with proper equipment to make sure it met any needs.
