  It was okay for what I needed during the marathon

  Liked: It is close to Brandenburg Gate and Platz der Republik for the BMW Berlin Marathon, the walk to train station is very short. Their breakfast is fine too.

  Disliked: The hotel is fine. Its during the marathon so the price is really too much for what you get. The toilet is really basic and needs a re-do. Hope the hotel does it.

  Convenient place to stay for a work trip, although the wifi was not free

  Liked: Location near a metro station, quite convenient connections to the airport. Nice furniture in the ground floor facilities. Quiet room.

  Disliked: Coffee / no fresh milk (or oat milk) availbale. No free wifi. Indeed the bathroom had signs of wear (but fortunately clean); however, this was taken into account in the room price, I suppose. The electricity socket could be next to the bed (for charging the phone).

  Good stay in central position

  Liked: Breakfasts were exceptional for this price range hotel. Clean rooms good house keeping

  Disliked: Occasional sewage smells from basin when running water down plug hole. This has been reported on several reviews in the last few years but nothing seems to be done about it

  Security cameras and room key issue

  Liked: Clean and tidy, good location…

  Disliked: There was a serious security incident, our 8 year old daughter was aproached by an older male alone in the elevator. When the police were called, the hotel staff told us that the camera system as well as the card system for using the elevator were not working. We felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.
